1988-1994 Working as English speaking tour guide employed by CITS and CTS and won Certificate of Advanced English Speaking Tour Guide. And later, working as tour operator of adventure and special interest tour
1994 Working for the filming crew of Warner Brothers in the production of Little Panda
1995 Organizer of US NGO delegation attending Beijing UN Women Conference
1996 Managing and directing US Trammel Crow Family to travel in China in their private air plane
1994-1998 Working as Classical Music Promoter in China for PolyGram Music and its successor Universal Music Group, successfully introducing Andre Boccelli and Secret Garden to China
1998-2003 Back to travel business and managed and produced custom-made high end tour for special travelers from Europe and the United States of America, among whom are US Ambassador to China Mr. Clark Randt and other special guests whose names are not properly given here.
2003 Working for JB Audiovisuals Production Company in Guangzhou and take charge of classical music recording, in a period of one year, produced 10 classical music recordings featuring the best Chinese instrumentalists.
2005-2006 Deputy General Manager of Beijing Concert Hall. In September of the same year, leading a group of elite Chinese artist to the US on the concert tour at Lincoln Center, staging the symphonic and scenic opera Mulan Joins the Army and hosted the concert
2005 until now working as China representative of Channel Classics Records based in Amsterdam The Netherlands. www.channelclassics.com . Launch Channel of China, a sub-label under Channel Classics, for international release of recordings of new Chinese music stars and Chinese music. So far, seven of the nine recordings have been released to a critical acclaim. Still working for this company as consultant and image building designer.
2007 July, Director general of Beijing Summit Club(www.summitclub.com.cn), a member-only club with mission and commitment to the support of young talents in music and fine arts.
Reason for leaving: Only one-year contract for training the staff and building the team.
Now working for several company as business consultant and team builder and image building designing, including for Donald Trump in the USA.
