《斯旺尼河》，又译《斯旺尼》《斯瓦尼》。《斯旺尼河》创作于1919年，由19岁的天才作曲家格什温所做。这首歌曲凭借动人的旋律很快变得家喻户晓，共售出200多万张唱片和100万张乐谱，而乔治格什温也开始从幕后走向台前，迈出成名的第一步。
1919年格什温写下了这首轰动世界的乐曲《斯旺尼》，在表演剧《辛巴德》中使用后就变得格外流行，乐曲引用了福斯特《故乡的亲人》中的曲调，是一首精神饱满的小曲。
